I’m a junior in college and currently run 20-30 miles a week for the past 9 months (due to injuries so I’ve had a lot of months off prior to this as well), I also cross train for approximately an hour (maybe an hour and a half) a week and I’m unsure of what my strongest event is and if I’m more of a mid distance or long distance runner or what to focus on. I run 2:18 in the 800 (relay double), 4:36 in the 1500, 10:05 in the 3k, 17:30 in the 5k and 38:30 in the 10k.
