Some are actually attending classes. They might want to attend a real school.
Getting better? MIT is already the greatest educational insitition in this country for most sciences, Johns Hopkins is one of if not the best medical school, and the best MBA you can get is from the U of Chicago.
Why would D3 need to get better when they are already the best.
