Skins is the only answer... if your a dude.
Sports bra.
Anything Merino wool. I usually go with Smartwool or Icebreaker. Always try to catch the end of season sales on their 100% Merino wool shirts/tanks. I also race in them 98% of the time
Shirtless with a hairy chest.
shirtless when the mercury rises above 80F, but i am male and even though women are legally allowed to be topless in public in my hometown, very few women actually go topless because of all the horrible people with their horrible comments (some of these horrible people can't keep their hands/eyes to themselves either)
You've run. Not you've ran.

I wear baggy-fit sleeveless tops in light colors in summer. I cut them off about 2" below the waist line so air can circulate better. You'd be surprised at how much cooler it feels.
Because I'm at the track a couple of hours every day, I've been trying ice silk arm sleeves for sun protection. It's pretty amazing how cool these things are when they are wet. They cost a couple of dollars direct from China.
I used to go shirtless, but I'm having to get a half dozen skin lesions frozen off every 6 months by my dermatologist. Only one has been cancerous, but one is too many.
When it's hot, I like to wear T-shirts and tank tops. They are thin, soft, and breathable, so I stay cool even when it's very hot outside. I also like to wear linen shirts, which are even lighter and cooler than cotton ones. They look great and make me feel cool and stylish.
North face better than naked shirts, amazing breathability, great wicking. Doesn't get wet and stick. Too bad they don't make them anymore
When very hot I prefer topless. It's ten degrees F cooler. I jog to a woods trail and take off my shirt, stowing it in the shorts.
^^this with cut off sleeves and 1/2 cut shirt.
80's short shorts and striped socks.
You forgot the shorts over the half tights. Over 60F ditch the singlet and shorts and go half tights only
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
