Hello LRC,
Years ago, I had all kinds of knee pain from running in traditionaltrainers. I gave racing flats a try and they fixed my numerous running injuries
almost instantly. For 10 years now, I have been running a racing flats. First,
I was running in the Nike Streaks, then, I transitioned to the Saucony
Fastwitch when the Streaks were discontinued. Now, it appears Saucony has
pulled the Fastwitch.
I cannot run in the "super foam." I have tried two different pair
of racing flats that have this foam and both ended with me unable to run
because of knee issues. It seems like the super shoe has completely killed off
the market for racing flats with "normal" foam. Does anyone know of a
shoe that is still made from non-super foam?
If you know of something, my knees will thank you.
