Long story short I’m a 24 year old dude who didn’t go to college I’ve been working in factories for the last 5 years and want out. I’ve seen at my local community college that I can get a paralegal certificate in two years and was curious about it

On more serious note, you're still really young man, so if you're really interested in it, give it a go. Plenty of time to find something you want to do and get started in trying to get a career out of it.
There are many levels of paralegal. If you want to really succeed, you have to be smart and have your act together. A lot of work too. Paralegals at top tier law firms make bank though. Probably better than 60% of the lawyers. If you just want a better pay job and you're good with numbers, getting code certificate is probably a better way to go.
