West Chester pay is low, even more particularly for the area it's located in. This is been an issue for coaches there for a while.
She worked as the director, some part time position for the school too, and has or I believe is almost through a PhD. Says she was looking for adjunct faculty work to help with the pay issue when one became a full time offer related to the doc stuff that paid signicantly better, couldn't pass on the financial set up and gave WCU a lot of notice so they can interview a while. Team was told early May. And is there thru July still amicably to help.
There are programs in the dirt, and there will be a lot of under qualified or non qualified movement this summer. This ain't that though.
