funny because ppl like u shame katelyn for not running faster times but when she does you'll be the first ones to say she'll burnout hahahahha gotta love the double standards and the two faced ops
40MPW-60MPW-70MPW. YET LRC STILL WANT YOU TO BELIEVE THAT SHE WILL BURNOUT NEXT YEAR.
Dani Jones ran 75 miles in college, Schweizer ran 75 miles per week with supplemental cross training in college. Many runners run 60-70 miles per week today, that is the standard. No she will not burnout.
funny how you have to go back to 2021 to create a list for katelyn agahhahahah... that list i gave you of runnners who beat nico young are all races from 2022 :)))))

both nico young and katelyn ran their best times in 2022
theres 15-20 collegiate runners that beat nico young in 2022 in track and xc and only 3 for katelyn, and thats a fact
But all of the men that Nico lost to are closer to the world record than the women that Tuohy lost. He loses to varsity guys. She loses to JV women.
i havent even listed all the college runners nico young lost to this year... and im sorry to tell u that half of them arent closer to world record than courtney wayment.. tuohy literally only lost to 3 collegiate runners this year, less than second off from a word class runner in courtney wayment but i guess that doesnt count as something:))
This place is a dumpster fire. Posts removed for calling out homophobia and standing up for college kids while others run rampant on here spewing hate and nonsense : do better: oh wait this will be deleted too.
Her XC nationals performance this fall reminded me of why I love this sport. The front-runner from FL on a hot-streak vs the HS phenom from NY who may have been saving her best for last was a compelling story line and I couldn't have written a better script for how the race played out. I don't understand how you watch that performance and have anything other than respect and admiration for her ability to turn it on when it matters most.
I can see how others' rhetoric here can sour you on Tuohy, but if you can separate yourself from that just enjoy this awesome career arc and hope she can can continue to build and represent the USA competitively.
