I got COVID 3 weeks ago. I was symptom free after a week and testing negative after 9 days. I isolated at home for those 9 days. I went for a jog about 14 days after first testing positive, and a full week after being symptom free, and I couldn't stop caughing for two days after that. I waited another day and when I was symptom free again, went for another jog and boom, more coughing. I also caugh after an extended period of speaking. Did anyone else have a comeback experience like this. My doctor just said take a month off from running, but that sounds quite extreme.
