Guys please help me!!
My 10k road race PR 34.26 (women). September 3 2022.
Higher level of lactate ever had 17.9 . This was taken during a lactate test in 2018.
I just got lactate pro 2 and I did 8*1000, 1.30-2.00min rest track workout, and I took lactate after 7 reps and it was 14.3 . After 8 reps 15.1, after 2 minutes 17.0.
Cloudy day a bit windy
The times were:
3.23 --3.24--3.22--3.23--3.23--3.28--3.30--3.23
Do u guys think that those values could be right?
