Nothing against Jonathan Gault, it was a great article, but with a misleading title.
Tuohy did not go Pro as what the title of the article stated. Signing a NIL deal is not the same as signing a pro contract, even if Katelyn Tuohy's NIL deal was handled by the main Adidas Marketing Team that handles Professional Athlete contracts, it still doesn't make Tuohy a "Pro" in college. Technically, she has the perks of a Pro, but there's a big difference between "Tuohy turns Pro" and "Tuohy signed a NIL deal".
I have to correct Rojo on what he said about Katelyn being allowed to race Diamond Leagues because she signed a NIL deal with Adidas.
Katelyn Tuohy is not allowed to race Diamond Leagues, she will only be allowed to race outside of the Country if she's representing Team USA.
