So here's my thing. I try to run 400s. I'm at my level and that's where it's at. But I'm doing split squats because that's what the program says. And I think that I'm doing well. Deep/High beautiful, I'm a fricking salmon out there. But how good is good and what does it translate to? To my mind, we lack the science behind why we actually do this stuff? It's hard.
