You mean like the way you and other fans "argue endlessly about a women's cross-country race"? An ad hominem attack shows you don't like to be disagreed with.
Didn't want to head left and find its a right hand turn or vice versa.
It didn't cost her the race, and xc times are relative anyway
If we accept this, then she should have adjusted her race strategy to not lead, OR if she wanted to stay with her race strategy of leading she should have made sure she knew the course. I still think she is pretty new to running at the highest level in college and needs to learn how to do it better.
Solinsky really messed up by not teaching her about tangents.
Especially since Parker Valby had been making the same mistake in all her xc races this season.
So her coach obviously knew about the problem and he still didn't teach her. Unbelievable!
Parker said her coach had been discussing tangents with her. Some of you are so clueless. Parker is a beautiful artist…she has some much more depth than you people.
Parker Valby is talented, Solinsky is a good coach and he has transformed Parker Vakby from a 20-minute 6k runner to an 18-minute 6k runner in just a year. It is a bit unfair for Solinsky to get all the heat for Valby not running the tangents. If you watch some of Valby's interviews, you will see that she is not the smartest out there. It is like a teacher and a student at a math class. Solinsky will receive all the hate and he is going to be the scapegoat for when Valby loses, because apparently Valby is too talented to have a flaw, and that everything that is wrong is her coach's fault. Including Valby's IQ.
It's interesting that he has "transformed her" on just 25mpw following injury. Obviously everyone else trains too hard.
