For ever I have run in traditional shoes. My running form is based on traditional shoes (angles, etc.). Now with this super shoe
I am totally at sea; like a beached whale.
What adjustments did/do you make to your running form when you run in super shoes.
In traditionals I look about 7 - 8' ahead of me, but don't feel that gives me the thrust I shelled out $$$ for. By looking 2 - 3' ahead, I feel I get in that "thrust" zone AKA land exactly over those air pods.
Is the air pod super shoe different to run in than the "regular" plated super shoe?
Again, what adjustments did you make to form/to angles running in the super shoe?
Any helpful insights appreciated.
