The 10K thread OP asked what he could run in the 10K “right now.” It’s highly unlikely he runs a 10K this year, so wondering what he could do in a marathon this fall is no different in that regard.
What about the steeple? He expressed interest in racing that event in his interview at the world championships.
Jakob has already competed in steeple in the world championships. It was in 2017. Fell on the last steeple, 8:34,88. Qualified for the WC with a run at 8.26.81
