Anyone know what’s up with Evert Silva? He’s a pretty big player and seems to have just dropped off the planet? According to tfrrs he has eligibility left and could certainly influence whatever conference/region he’s in. Is he in portal? Any details?
No team needs a guy who can barely break 14, can’t break 8:00 or 4:00, and is a huge diva/toxic distraction. His risk to reward is just not there. But hey, he can at least talking crap on the ‘gram as a 130 lb semi-elite dropout I guess.
That guy is dead meat. Live in the same city as him and Im sure he has no work and just runs whenever he feels like it. Don't know what he is doing but his running career is over.
Sexual allegations. Got kicked out of school and kicked off the team. Not sure why he is even relevant anymore also makes sense why NEW GEN and that group doesn't associate themselves with him.

TFFRS also says he's finished 98th and 147th at NCAA XC so I'm not sure in what solar system he qualifies as a "pretty big player".
How recent was this? I'm not trying to deny that there are sexual allegations and I feel terrible for the victims, but Evert's post on June 14 advertising New Generation's merch doesn't seem to show that they're on bad terms. He also appears to at least be on speaking terms with Cooper Teare since he commented on Cooper's recent IG post (2 days ago) and Teare liked the comment. The only thing I've noticed that's unusual is that he and Rachel McArthur unfollowed each other on Instagram, though it doesn't seem too serious since they haven't blocked each other and Cooper is dating Rachel.
Rumor mill has it he's wrapped up in some serious allegations that cost him his eligibility. Surprised he's kept himself in the public eye
and the substance of these 'serious allegations' would be...?
Talk to anyone on the University of Portland XC team. These allegations aren't unsupported and the allegation of sexual assault isn't a surprise if you've seen how he acts around women. The XC team was happy to see him go
