1) Does it take for a woman/girl to break 6 in the mile?
2) What about 5:45?
3) What about 5:30?
4) What about 5:00?
Obviously training and just running more races can help, but I swear I've been in the low 6's for a couple years now. I'm a junior in high school and I've run xc since eighth grade. I know women must at least have SOME talent to break 5 in the mile, right? No doubt do they work hard...
