I am trying to understand my possible 10k pace for tomorrow's race. Last week on Sat I ran 5000 at 16:36 on tack without spikes with closing last K at 3:07. 4 weeks ago I ran 10k at 3:35 pace (35:50), last 4x2k session shows I am in better shape than a month ago . Wondering what are my chances to make sub 35min which is 3:30/km. Do you think my 5k result shows I can tackle sub35 or even close to 34:30 under good racing conditions?
