Uhhhhh..... ever heard of Vaporflys???
training shoes... not racing shoes... i was debating between the zoom flys, pegs, and tempo next percent
Tempos are definitely the fastest of those three shoes, but they are basically supershoes so they will alter your mechanics. Also some durability concerns there, but I had a pair of these and loved them for speed work. I wouldn't bother with Zoom Flys at all, too heavy and harsh.
The new pegasus 39s are really light and snappy and would definitely handle speed work. So if you can get a pair of those, sounds like it would be a good option.
okay awesome! thank you!
Nike Zoom Streak Fly
I’ve been wearing Zoom Fly’s for all of my workouts for a while now. They hold up well, they may be heavy but that means that your spikes will still feel light when you need them. They’re a plenty fast shoe and can be used on the road and the track well
