Hi, I am planning to start a training diary on this thread. I will just post on it like a regular diary except anyone can read it (and post). Hopefully it will contain interesting points now and then.
I am currently very unfit and a smoker (joints as well) and a heavy drinker. Its been 6 years since I ran my last race. At 23 I figured its now or never, it might even be to late to find out haw good I can be as a runner.
I would be interested in any genuine input and suggestions about targets etc.
It would be good to know if anyone has any interest in this.
