Hate to say it but these 100m wins seem farcical. no way would Jerome Blake be winning this race in still wind. The longer races have been fun to watch though

Excuse my ignorance but what does
Pulling the track back mean?
with a +1m/s wind it is a 9.89 for top 3 runners.
Did they mention anything about Sha’Carri ?
Early season meet. High winds increase chance of injury. Not worth it for him. Does he have to return his appearance fee?
We had some time to brunch the numbers in our meet recap. Some of the times were pretty good factoring in the wind.
with no wind thats probably like 28 + 30 pretty reasonable for an 800.
That might be true. A big headwind in the 100 is like waves in an open-water swim, crosswinds in cycling, or bad snow conditions skiing—some people are affected more than others.
But I like the way he ran, I want to see more of him this year. I believe that he could be legit sub-10, but we will see.
Was great to see Gardiner do well in the 200. I like that guy, but he had some injury issues in the past. Hopefully he stays healthy, he will be a factor at big meets. Such a thin style, zero wasted lateral movement. Great stuff👍
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
