The real question is if anyone has seen Kevin Parker and Jared Leto in the same room.
But as to OP's post....well of course gorgeous people are going to age better, especially wealthy ones, Add in some tasteful, subtle plastic surgery and some filler here and there and they can shed years.
The only ones who age poorly gain weight (Kelly McGillis) or destroy their body w/ substances (Keith Richards) or w/ poor plastic surgery (Janice Dickinson/Mickey Rourke).
I do avoid all added sugars, but I do eat lots of fruit daily. Is sugar from fruit ok?
Yes. Any diet that tells you to avoid fruits and vegetables is not sustainable/insanely unfounded
Lots of science out there that suggests moderating fruit intake and sticking to certain vegetables (like greens, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, etc.). Not all plant matter is good for you. To state the obvious, many plants are poisonous and most plants are un-digestible by humans. My point is that just because it's a plant and just because people eat it doesn't mean it's good for you.
I would add that any diet that tells you to avoid red meat is insanely unfounded.
jaysus actors are literally paid millions and have nothing other to do than tend to their appearance. The plastic surgery, the chemicals, the drugs that actors take to look young would shock most people. It's their job. They take whatever drug they have to in order to get the next job. Nothing illegal or wrong with it - it's fine. But don't compare yourself to a professional good looking person.
It's a cray profession.
Can't believe it took this many responses before someone got the right answer. He has a net worth of $90 million. The saying "You're not ugly; you're just poor." applies here.
Yes, plus it's likely colored. In addition to good hair he has a youthful hairstyle. If he had thinning, graying hair and a nerdy middle-age haircut, he would look older for sure.
That said, he obviously has a genetic disposition for a youthful look and he takes care of himself. He eats right it appears, exercises and likely leads a low stress life. No kids, no wife. That sh.it adds up.
Good for him. There is a very high level of correlation between a large dad-gut and serious health issues / shorter life expectancy. (stating the obvious). My point is that looks are more than superficial aesthetics . They indicate health. They also reveal discipline.
First, good for him in taking care of himself. That said, my guess is that there's a little Botox and hair coloring involved.
Likely a very selfish person. Who really cares? Certainly not a wife or children. He will die like everyone else, and returned to the earth.
Fruit sugar has no adverse impact. Fruit is medicine.
A molecule is a molecule. Fruit is sugar.
Except for the fact that micronutrients exist. A serving of Oreos (which is only three) and an apple have virtually the same sugar profile. One provides a ton of vitamins, minerals and fiber, the other does not.

That's true. Which is why I believe the folks who say fruit is generally good, but in moderation. Nobody says Oreos are every good.
This dude is 50 and looks immortal. There is something to learn him. Doesn’t do any running since his prefontaine days. Just climbs mountains and a vegan diet.
what’s the secret to look like this guy at 50 years old?
I watched a few of his short documentaries about the outdoors/climbing on youtube. The dude is wearing a wide brimmed hat at all times when there is any sun, which might explain how he has no wrinkles. He won the genetic lottery with his hair and/or he's on a DHT blocker like Finasteride or Dutasteride. To top it off, he leads a very healthy lifestyle.
Aging comes down to two main factors genetics and lifestyle. Genetics gives us our baseline and while there are some environmental factors (exposure to chemicals, poisons etc.) after genetics it is our lifestyle that can ratchet things up and down. Avoiding processed foods, not smoking and drinking moderately, maintaining a healthy weight, eating lots of vegetables, and exercising will likely add years to our life. Eating processed foods, being over weight, smoking, drinking heavily, and not exercising will subtract them.
My grandmother was one of 4 sisters. 3 of the sisters lived well into their 90s the 4th lived into her 80s. The one who died younger was a heavy smoker, was overweight most of her adult life and drank heavily. The other sisters were all thin and kept active and had varying degrees of smoking and drinking. My grandmother who died at 93 actually smoked since she was 15 so sometimes genetics (or luck) can override lifestyle and sometimes lifestyle an override genetics her sister quite smoking in her 40s and lived to be the same age, the remaining sister never smoked and lived to 95.
Some people age differently, I looked older than my age in college and my early 20s (rarely got carded) and now in my 40s I am told I look younger than my age. My father always looked younger until he did chemo in his 70s and that aged him considerably.

In a 2016 interview with Cosmopolitan, Johansson talked about a past relationship, and though she didn't identify the ex, it could very well be Leto. She said: "Long, long ago, I had someone in my life who was forever unavailable . . . but, like, so attractively unavailable." She went on: "Rock bottom is the moment when you're like, 'I've lost myself. Why am I standing outside this bar at 1:30 in the morning texting while my friends are inside? Or taking a taxi to see him at some ungodly hour? This isn't me.' That is the moment you've gotta cut it off. Otherwise, it will keep coming back, suck your blood."
No kids is huge (and no weddings/divorces). I aged considerably after having my 1st kid at 40 (and I'm just the Dad).
