Hoping this doesn't turn into a big argument over right and wrong between left and right; I'm not looking for opinions (I don't need to know if you are for or against restrictions; nobody really wants them even if some people think they have been necessary), rather just trying to understand what is currently happening across North America and the world. Of course I know it WILL turn into a big argument - this is LRC after all - and that's OK too, but maybe some people can answer the questions also.
My questions are:
1. Where do do live (as much detail as you'd like to share; city, state/province, country)
2. Are there any mask requirements where you live?
3. Are there any indoor capacity limits where you live? Be specific if you can.
4. Any other restrictions worth mentioning?
5. Independent of any mandated restrictions, what proportion of people are still wearing masks indoors (and outdoors also if you see that where you live)?
I managed to get around quite a bit during the pandemic and saw different rules and practices in different places. Now that the omicron wave seems mostly passed almost everywhere (except a few holdout places like in the far east and a few European countries like Germany and the Netherlands), and everyone is tired of all this (whether they think it was real or not), I'm curious to know how people are behaving and what's required.
