Felt pretty bad the day of the race but still managed 1:53 low indoors leading the race from the gun. I finish the race and really struggle with my breathing so take a covid test and it's positive.
I was going for 1:53 or 1:54 but I think testing positive for covid + indoor has got to be worth 4 or 5 seconds. Can I go sub 1:49 this summer season?
