Crouser’s secret weapon = knees over toes ATG for Life
Anyone have a video link to replay the Crouser WR? Watched the attempt in person, crowd reaction was so delayed. Even after the mark came up nobody cheered, took announcer another minute to announce as WR. Also both me and the person I was with thought it landed well inside the yellow line which I presume is the WR marker? Seems weird
Crosuer just threw again and there is a large argument happening while they are measuring the mark
What is the yellow line?
Great meet so far. Can the W Mile keep pace? New A.R.?

If T&F was as big as Football, Crouser would be a household name.
Just followed a WR throw
.....With another WR throw!!
It’s pretty clear that Crouser is the single greatest and most dominant athlete in T&F history. Not Bolt, not Lewis, not MJ, not Eaton, not Bekele. Right? Crouser is the best ever.
Teare and Beamish both go sub 13 on the last 100. Hocker at 13.14. Give Hocker time for the kick to come back

tinmen always wearing speed suits. not a great look for them lol.
great run by beamish. ollie and him have just been rolling lately and def at a different part of their build than cooper and cole, but he deserved the win.
wouldnt be surprised if ollie takes the mile too. OAC guys seem to bring fast times year round, but the ceiling is lower imo.
I think the ceiling for the group is low because it's new and Ritz hadn't really done much private coaching beforehand. There was a lot of unknown. He's definitely not held to the standard of Schumacher, but his development of his athletes relative to their supposed talent level from college is very Schumacher-esque as of right now.

I still think Teare’s best outdoor event is the 1,500 (it would be the 3,000 if it existed). Between him, Hocker, Hoare, Beamish, and Kerr, I would say that 5 out of the top 10 1,500 runners in the world are US based.
LOL. Kerr maybe in there, but Jacob, Cheruiyot, Katir, Stewy, Lewan, Kipsang, Wightman wipe away these guys.
Wonder if the NIKE big wigs are getting a little nervous seeing ON athletes do so well?

No, because Drew has not run well in a long time. This was actually a pretty good result for Hunter
he won two? road races at the end of last year including a win over centro. people were actually high on him coming into this race, but you cant hide on the track. he is doing a really slow build from his last injury tho so i would hope he plans on doing more than 60 miles soon.
Meh I don't put much stock in those road races. Centro was clearly not in great shape. He lost to Joey Cheese twice in the last few months, that was a bigger indicator
They are still measuring Crouser's latest throw, this looks about where his last "WR" throw landed? IDK how this is 78 feet, look at difference b/w 60' and 70'. I want to believe
This Women’s Mike is pretty loaded. Mu and Koko in addition to all the top US milers.

Sneaky great run from Morgan Beadlescomb. Been under the radar at Michigan State his entire career but the last 12 months have been phenomenal. Guy to watch going into 2024 - maybe just below the Teare/Hocker level but not far off.
10k and he is in.
5k and he will be disappointed.
Will Mu's long legs get her tangled up?
Mooseland weather in the Big Apple. Greg should be there.
Holy cow Mu isn’t scared of running up front. I thought she would go straight to the back.
