sorry for my bad english, I am from Italy.
I have a question regarding norwegian endurance training. (not just the ingebrigsten)
Like all norwegian endurance training.
Do you know, are there any good books / information online, that I can read?
Could also be on norwegian triathlon training, skiing etc...
I read all information regarding stephen seilers polarized training, but that doesnt seem to be "the best" training programm anymore.
Arild Tveiten (coach of the norwegian olympic team) said many times, that they dont train polarized.
Also Therese Johaug (best norwegian skiier in the world) said, that her training is not polarized.
Would love some help :)
