Women's race will be crazy. 7-8 teams have a shot. carleton is probably the favorite along with Wartburg. St. O and Macelester will be right there. Never count the Nebraska Wes. women out. They came out of no where last year and qualified.

Don't count out St. Thomas, since they were only 6 points behind. Luther is always in the hunt too. The scores of team qualifiers will probably be high, like they were last year. It looks like the following teams are pretty close to each other.
Wartburg, Luther, St. Thomas, St. Olaf, Carleton, Mac, NWU, maybe even Grinnell. That's 8 teams. Any teams I've missed that have shot?
Luther's #1 is only a freshman. She ran 22:30 at IIACs and I think two years ago she was runnning about 16:30 4ks
And Emily Lynch is looking better every meet. She was an All-American last year but has suffered from a stress fracture

You've forgotten Gustavus.
I think the top 4 are pretty set: La Crosse, Oshkosh, NCC, Wheaton. Yes, I think Wheaton is for real. The 5th spot will probably be Chicago... but if Augie runs smart, it's theirs. If they go out too hard, Chicago will beat them. I don't think Wash U has the horses.
Platteville will basically be scoring only 4 (Sigl should win) so don't count them out. Whitewater was only 1 point behind UWP at conference, so they also have a shot.
Anyone know why Greg Reindl hasn't been running this year? He finished high at regionals last year and should have been a contender for AA this year, and would really put that WashU team over the top.
does anyone know where I can find archives for results from past indoor and outdoor Div 3 track championships. I am interested in getting results from the 80's and early 90's. Thanks very much
