I had a bad injury and am still recovering and coming back from it, but l am not 100 percent yet. I have kept generally fit and done few workouts recently to test things out, but l hardly have done any miles or much running in months. My 50th birthday falls on the day of a local 10k. Should l just do the race as a hard effort knowing l won't run very good before hand, so there is no pressure to hurt myself worse. I had been planning on it for a very long time.
