You are fine, hand-wringing over LDL is garbage psuedoscience promulgated by statin-pushing pharma. Plant-based nonsene just hitches a ride on the Big Lie. Overall mortality is actually higher when total cholesterol is below 200. 260 is optimal. Avoiding seed oils and processed carbs are the main goalposts.
