Halfway through my long run (usually 11-13 miles) on Saturday I'm always wishing for the day off on sunday because I just feel tired, but I still enjoy the run with my teammates and complete it. then on sunday (today) my off day I keep thinking about running periodically throughout the entire day (weather's nice where I am, feeling bored, sad, etc.)... running just puts me in a better mood and I feel sluggish and weird not running even though I know my body needs the rest after ~60 mpw weeks. Anyone else? How can you distract yourself and think of something else, because I was trying to study and I just couldn't concentrate. This is a serious question btw; I just feel less motivated/happy on my day off from running.
