Is there a livestream for Rotterdam?
Cornelius or Justus?
Thanks for the link. Was hoping to watch it on TV but RAI isn't broadcasting it this year.
A tight bunch of approximately 10 runners went through the half marathon in 1:03:58. Perfect conditions today so hoping for a negative split. If no negative split predicted time of 2:08:00 -2:09:00.

Justus Kangogo: This kid is very tall and thin he looks to be about 6 foot two and 130 pounds or 1.88/60kg. If he keeps running he’s going to smash his personal best. He has a 1:00:24 Half marathon best from Prague in 2018 so according to the coach JS formula (double +5 ) he is worth 205 48 for the full marathon. It looks like he’s negative splitting right now but I’m not getting the times from the Italian TV. The Italian TV commentators are talking all kinds of stuff but nothing or almost nothing to do with running, weird. They mentioned this TV personality went for a run in the park this morning and stuff like that.

Justus Kangogo - magnificent sight in full flight to see this thin giant running with a full long stride and good forward motion. He is Adidas sponsored and those white Adidas shoes look really spiffy.
By the way, reflecting on techniques, Rhonex Kipruto is a magnificent runner but I am slightly intrigued by his technique and of course this is not a diss because he is so effective. Perhaps a running coach might point out some quirk in Rhonex’s running form, or if on the contrary, there is no quirk - then I stand corrected with apologies. I think many people focus too much on running form when that is not the main criteria for good performance although it certainly does help to be efficient as we saw with that monster woman Gidey..... One hour ago....62:50 female monster in miniature format.....

How good in the coverage is the distances both man and women have covered in blue and pink
The girls were one hour 15 at the halfway stage but now looking at the visuals of the leading girls it looks like they’re negative splitting and they’re giving me the impression that they’re running much faster so I predict a sub 230 for the girls and if I’m wrong once again I stand corrected.
Piazza San Marco only minutes away. Kangogo has this down. Women's race more suspenseful.
Italian taken the lead in the women's race.
Chumba just blew past Kangogo in the last kilometre.
Sorry not Chumba.
Anderson Seroi 2:12:21
Kagongo staggers in 2nd and Chumba 3rd.
Sofia Yaremruk, Ukranian-born Italian, on her way to win the women's race.
1. A. Seroi 2:12:21
2. J.Kangogo 2:13:37
3. Chumba 2:13:58
4. M.Salami, Italy, 2:14:57
The Italian TV coverage was really bad because they were focusing only on the leader, Kangogo, and there was no information or visual of what was happening behind him, and then suddenly in the last kilometer the winner blew past Kangogo..... It was not good coverage.
Kangogo, was running really well up until around the two hour mark but then in the last couple of kilometers his legs no longer functioned with the same rhythm. Credit to him for hanging onto second place.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
