I had a stress reaction a while ago and ive been back running for 3 weeks. I have been doing this return to run plan and I'm following the "Phase 4, timed running schedule intermediate" section

At what point should I be able to start doing hard runs/workouts again?
for context im a hs senior who previously was running 50-60 mile weeks.
