What are time ranges of what you'd call "very good" "good" "average" "below average" times for a female d3 runner in the 6k?
Trying to figure out how good I'll be in D3. Like is <23 considered "very good"? What's average?

D3 times are all over the place depending on the school. Sub 23 would be very good at the vast majority of schools. If your school is trying to place high at Nationals sub 23 might be fighting to get on varsity or top 5. Pick a few school that you are interested and look at their results.
