Florida State? Clemson? Neither are in the SEC ha

Jose Garza you're stuck in the past. Sark is no longer at USC! He's at Texas! Let's see what Sark do at UT Austin in the years to come. Millennials and their instant gratification. smh

Texas has never been known as a cross country powerhouse school. The distance athletes will show up on track! Why are we judging the new football and basketball coaches performance? It's only their 1st season at Texas. Let's see if they're able to recruit well in the very near future. However, it's imperative that Coach Flo and staff are able to recruit many of the best in the nation and elsewhere next month. I really do see a big shift in the landscape when it comes to the University of Texas sports.
Especially since they are planning to enter the SEC conference. Texas probably has one of the best squads on paper rn. Both the women and men’s track team are stacked with talent let’s see how they work. Flo has done well in my opinion since taking over although him and tonja Buford bailey together would have been a force in the ncaa.
Texas, in general. is over-rated.
Agreed Flo & Tonja Buford-Bailey would run things in t&f. However, Texas men's cross country is ranked #14. The first time since 2013.
Wolten- Texas T&F are going to make you eat those words....both men's & women's track and field.

Roy just likes to throw stuff out there. Being accurate is secondary.

With the amount of money and backing pumped into the university athletic department, how can they be so mediocre? The underperformance is staggering.
XC? Football? Track? Basketball?
Yep, all of them.
This is a joke right?
Texas literally was the best athletic department in the country last year. They won the Learfield Directors' Cup! They won 3 national titles and another runner-up finish.
You guys on letsrun are idiots!

I moved to Austin in I think 2003. Wasn’t a UT fan but have been here and followed their sports closely throughout.
They were good at everything when I got here!
College sports work in mysterious ways. It’s not abnormal for a blue blood football team to suck for 10 or 15 years but all their major sports have at the same time!!
It’s wild. It’ll get back on track at some point but I never thought it would take this long.
Thank you, 347893! Many people here are too lazy to do simple research.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
