I'm aiming for a good 800m PR. I'm a 1:56 800m runner. Recently I did a workout and it was a 500m all out and I did 64.92 and then 3 minutes recovery and did 23.6 200m. Based on that, can you tell me what can I run in the 800? I also have 3:51 1500 and 8:28 3k.
