The four states which follow Vermont in terms of the highest vaccination rates in the nation are also experiencing alarming signs.
The head of UMass Memorial Health, the largest health system in central Massachusetts, said recently that regional hospitals were seeing nearly 20 times more COVID-19 patients than in June and there isn’t an ICU bed to spare. Massachusetts has the fifth-highest vaccination rate in the nation.
In Connecticut, the second most vaccinated state in the U.S., the legislature recently extended the governor’s emergency powers to make it easier to cope with the latest wave of the pandemic.
On Sept. 22, Maine, the third most-vaccinated U.S. state, had nearly 90 people in intensive care units, a pandemic peak for the state.
Wow Ig, it's almost like the "vaccine" made things worse (insert major sarcasm). It did and people can't accept it.

Yeah, that's why the UNvaccinated, who make up 40% of the US population constitute 95% of recent COVID deaths.
Good point.
How many illegal border crosser from Del Rio were relocated to Vermont?
Vermont is a low population state, all it would take is a few hundred illegal immigrants who had their covid viral-load incubated in Del Rio and/or other Biden-cages and shipped up north in tightly-packed buses to cause this kind of spike.
Do not put it past our authoritative regressive Democrats to pull these kinds of stunts so that they can grab more power.
Vermont taking that L. Not a good sign for the rest of the country.
Weren't they trying to recruit people to move there too with cash incentives, etc? (I.e. move here and we'll give you $10k?)
Im gonna assume their policies have erradicated their tax base and everyone fled.
Doesn't Vermont have like the lowest COVID cases per capita of all 50 states, or close to it?
Amazing how people can't seem the grasp the concept that the vaccines are of limited effectiveness in preventing a positive Covid test, but are very effective in preventing serious symptoms, the need for hospitalization, the need for ICU care, the need for a ventilator, and death.
Here's the latest:
Sounds like a pandemic of the vaccinated.

I’m going to assume anyone that makes assumptions on things that are easily researched, then feels compelled to make a post proclaiming said ignorance-based assumption, is an idiot and their words aren’t worth a fiddler’s damn.
I think we are learning that the vaccine is only marginally effective in controlling Covid. Doesn’t mean it’s worthless or not worth getting, but it certainly isn’t a silver bullet.

Ope. Found it.
Even used your favorite news source.

Yes, that is true. It is also a generally “healthy” state, as are other states that rank highly by that metric.
The worst performers are generally unhealthy states filled with land crabs. The irony being the states filled with land crabs also have the lowest vaccination rates.

Yes, Hawaii and Vermont have the lowest all-time COVID rates (cases/capita and deaths/capita), head and shoulders better than all other states.
Not a surprise for VT, it may be both the least-urban and most-vaccinated state in the US.

Vermont has the lowest COVID case rate and COVID death rate of any state in the union. Hawaii is the only state that is close.
If Vermont triples their death rate, they'll be on par with Idaho. No doubt Vermont turning into Idaho is Ghost's concern.
For perspective, 7 day cases per 100k:
VT: 262
ID: 569
7 day deaths/100k:
VT:2.08
ID: 11.8
Vaccines work.

Funny post.
Now tell us what's going on in West Virginia, Idaho, Mississippi, Alabama and Montana.
And for all those people in the ICUs in Maine, MA and CT, how many were vaccinated and how many were unvaccinated?

Can't say that I'm surprised that Iggy missed this important context and owned himself, again.

Since you brought up Maine:
“I was on a call with leadership of hospitals across the state of Maine, and one by one, they all recounted how in their facilities their COVID units are filled with unvaccinated patients,” said Shah. “And their ICUs are filled almost uniformly with unvaccinated patients.”
