Yes my arm is a little sore. Big frickin deal.
I did it for you. I did it for mankind.

Anything? I ask for a million dollars.
Anything? Okay, does ontogeny *really* recapitulate phylogeny?
Thank you for your service.
Does your increased risk for aggressive cancers not concern you?
Be honest. You did it for yourself. COVID is not going away.
Lucky you for not having a bad reaction to it. I was extremely sick the day after my second dose, I'm staying far away from the booster. But you're probably an old person with a weak immune system, and that's why you didn't have a reaction. I'm in my 20's and healthy.
So i'll ask one question, am I right that you're way older than me? The booster in my opinion (and FDA) is not for everyone, young people will not greatly benefit (benefiting would be greatly decreasing risk of severe cases of COVID) and there are other side-effects that become worse than the benefits from a booster. If you are old or have some sort of health issue, go ahead and get the booster shot. If you are a young healthy person, definitely in your 20's or still in school or a child, it is not worth it to get the booster. Here's a CNN article explaining why they do not recommend the booster for young people. Chances of heart inflammation from the vaccine are a lot higher for young people, and they do not benefit much from the booster in terms of decreasing sever cases of COVID:

So you did what any normal, sane person would do? My question is: Why start a thread about it?
I tied my shoes today. I'm not posting here about it. Doing the obvious, reasonable thing isn't news.
Why?
If the 1st two don't work, try a 3rd?

YOU NAILED IT. It should be as common as putting your shoes on. However, based on the responses there is a lot of ignorance out there. People searching for a one off story even though the numbers say different.
I am a 28 year old man that runs 50 miles a week. I haven’t been sick with anything more than a cold my entire life. I have regularly received my flu shot since HS.
No I’m not worried about heart inflammation. No I’m not worried about Bill Gates knowing my whereabouts. I live in Michigan and every Anti Vaxxer that I know is someone that I would not accept medical advice from. I also know where they stand politically which is really weird to me. I voted Republican every election prior to the cult days. I am now afraid of the agenda of my own party.
Listen to doctors of infectious diseases not anyone else. Including me.

You’re spot on but crickets from the vax at all costs warriors. When there’s long term studies I’ll consider it. Until then you covid vax nazis can go fly a kite.
Why did you wait so long to get vaccinated?
