Did a 5k race 3 months ago in 17:00
10k 36:30 and HM 1:18, on a very flat course in good conditions 4 weeks ago
I think this should set me up well for a sub 3 attempt, so will try and keep the first half to 1:29:30 ish and see if I can hold/push on
