I know exactly how it works. Right now he's not getting convicted based on what is publicly known. Is there information we haven't been told that ties him to the actual death and eliminates most "probables" and makes them "beyond a reasonable doubt"...I hope so. We don't know that there is.
There was one poster claiming running off to home was enough. That is way short of enough.
