Otterbein is definitely looking strong this season, no doubt about that, but I wouldn't sleep on DePauw, they are definitely bought in will peak when it matters.
This region has some strong competition overall, but I ran against DePauw last weekend and they are more intimidating than ever. At the start line they were barking at everyone and when they would cross the finish line they would yell "AND THAT'S WHY YOU BUY-IN". I'm not familiar with the phrase but this team seems to be on something new this year.
Rose Hulman must be gone fishing.
anyone know what happened to Hunter Moore at Otterbein

He didn’t graduate. He’s a D2 Walsh.
Did they strip down when they said that?
Calvin did nothing to deserve going to 1.
ONU did nothing impressive to move ahead of Case.
Wilmington deserves a 6-9 spot.
I'd guess the ranker is only ranking the guys run. JCU sat at least 3 people. You can't honestly say that they were good enough to be ranked 4th preseason and after one race they are now outside the top 10.
1. Calvin
2. Case
3. DePauw
4. Otterbein
5. JCU
1. JCU
2. Calvin
3. Case
Everybody else = irrelevant
1. Otterbein
2. Mount Union
3. Wilmington
4. Calvin
5. Depauw
Expecting Otterbein to turn it on as always. Mount has been strong all summer and the next three could be a toss up but Simon Heys puts Wilmy on top for me. I don’t buy the JCU hype they look like they’re missing a lot of guys can’t believe they were ranked where they were in the preseason.
If you think Mount Union is in the top 5 of the region you're high
They have some national caliber guys plus they’re more fit than they have ever been. Don’t sleep on the purple raiders come November.
They just lost to DePauw, yet you have DePauw 3 spots below them. Having scorers run above 27 minutes as well. Is this your first year running cross-country?
Adam Shah from JCU has trained hard over the summer while leading the charge for JCU at Case and only will get faster expect big things from him come All-Ohio and the rest of the fall.
JCU has an up and coming walk on by the name of Austin Z-Man who could definitely make some noice in the post season. Everyone else is a bunch of bums though and they won't be able to deal with powerhouse schools such as the Fighting Muskies.
1. Calvin
2. JCU
3. DePauw
Calvin will win the region, Carroll have been resting, and DePauw have rotated runners in and out.
Thanks for checking in, Adam!
Mount Union and Wilmington circle jerk.
Today will tell who is in contention and who is not.
