Havent raced in a while and was wondering what I should aim for in a 5k/8-10k based on this last workout.
6xmile on roads with 200m jog recovery
5;35, 5:30, 5:28, 5:20, 5:16, 5:10
Workout felt comfortable and was not an all out effort. mileage has been around 70-80.
