What shoes would you recommend for a road runner (focusing on the marathon but also 10k and HM) doing occasional track workouts?
Endorphin Speed are my go-to for road workouts and work brilliantly, but I was wondering if they were really ideal for the track. The surface has far more give so I think a firmer shoe might work better, and cornering every 200m isn't ideal with a high stack height.
Would a traditional flat work better? I've considered spikes, but I think they would make my training less race-specific and just massage my ego with fast times in workouts.
