Are you talking scrotal health?
They're fine. 👍

Yes, for possible infertility in the later stage of life. And -- because of increased heat and humidity -- possible fungal and bacterial infections.
But my main concern is the chance of infertility. It's a pretty dumb reason to become infertile. If that's even possible, of course.
Don't wear them if you're concerned. I don't wear them as find them uncomfortable.
Dudes used to wear tights in the medieval era and had plenty of kids
Cyclists have been wearing tights for decades. If there was a strong correlation between wearing tights for hours a day and infertility something would be known about it by now.
Doctors have been telling men with low sperm counts to switch from briefs to boxers for years, although the former are not going to cause infertility (even if the count does go down slightly).
Wearing tights for a 1 hour run hardly seems like something to worry about, especially when you consider the alternative is a pair of shorts with a brief liner in it (i.e., functionally the same thing).

Bollocks…..if anything they keep the balls from knocking around.
No issue at all. Been wearing tights for better part of 20 years and usually get compliments for the way it looks. I freeball outside of running though.

Anecdotal experience:
I was a sprinter since high school. Adopted tights usage at around age 15/16 because of my high risk of hamstring injury and was told the compression might help. Ran competitively to 23, and continued to train a lot even after that. ALWAYS used tight. And as I got older I used more intense compression (have a long injury history) and even started doubling up on compression (full length on TOP of compression shorts) to try to improve compression/reduce injury risk.
No lie, I even crank those suckers up and my business down below gets SMASHED back up into me. And I've been doing THAT for years now, too, where I really ride them waaaaay up.
Never had or tried to have kids until recently: my mid/late 30s. Even when I got married we were initially mitigating pregnancy on SOME level. So far, though, on three occasions the wife and I intentionally, and simply, "allowed the possibility" during supposed "fertile" periods and BOOM. Pregnant. Each. Time.
Now the wife and I are starting to wonder what we may need to do to AVOID any more pregnancies since we might be at our limit for actual child rearing. Despite all that tights wearing I may still need to at least THINK about a snip-snip because an oopsie pregnancy might be a really rough go for us and best avoided.
So, take all that for what's it's worth.
Thanks, guys, glad to hear that myth is busted.
