I think the reason kids ran so fast this past year was lack of a full fall cross country season to tire them out. I sense we will see more normal performance marks this year similarly to other years. Last year was a super year with times no one ever thought college athletes could ever run. Now, we’re back to full in person classes, normal schedules for the most part, a full cross country season, and no real long breaks. What do y’all think? I mean it sort of makes sense why people were running out of their minds on the track
