Warholm is (deservedly) getting all the praise but Rai just ran an amazing race and an unbeatable American Record.
He slightly hesitated before the last hurdle which may or may not have cost him a sub 46. What a night for track and field.

Rai got last. Remember what Ricky Bobby's daddy told Ricky - if you ain't first then you are last. Dismal performance.
It looks like you're out of the loop man, Warholm has the clean world record. Try to stay up to date before you post in a news thread.

Benjamin actually chopped his steps on 3 of the first 6 hurdles. If he switches to 12 steps the first half of the race, he can also run sub 46.
The event is off to a new level. Kerron Clement showed what a 44.2 or type guy at his best could do and it was 47.2 with all types of stuttering and screwed up strides. Now you have two 43.5-43.8 guys with good hurdling forms and some limited stuttering/chopping of the stride.
Great race for Rai, I’m not sure he’ll ever run faster but I do think he will beat Warholm in Eugene.
He sounded extremely disappointed post race

He was almost broken by watching his family cheer him on. He gave love to his mom and then said "I'm sorry".
Sorry? My goodness son. You just ran a time that many of us thought we'd never live to see!
will rai run the 4x400?
... and lost. Unbelievable! The Brazilian guy ran two hundredths of a second slower than the old world record. Definitely TRACK DOPING if you read the article in the NY Times.

They would unbelievably stupid to not put him on it now. He's clearly in the kind of form to drop a low 43 split with a flying start. But I am under the impression the coaches opted to leave all the men and women's 400 hurdlers off the relays? Maybe the Brojos have more insight?
he better run it
he deserves a gold
plus the rest of the non hurdling us track team is running poorly so they may need him.....

He got destroyed by the white guy. Liberals simply cant process it in their brainwashed white guilt brains.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
