Phew. If the race is tactical he's got a decent shot at medaling, so it was the right call to put him through.
Is that how it works? Total subjectivity on how officials feel about you?
What about the Qatari athlete who was pushed down to the track by the Moroccan runner? Is this white entitlement why the Polish runner was given the pass and the Qatari wasn't?
Why do you always mention religion in your posts? Very strange.
Looked like the Aussie forearmed him pretty hard in the back.
not really sure what the argument was. it seemed to be his fault and he was running in a dangerous position anyway. may be harsh, but its getting to the point where its a legit strategy to just fall and walk it in to advance with minimal energy expenditure. kind of ridiculous and clearly favors the more well known runners.
I saw him grabbed by one runner and shoved by another.
I’m ok putting him through.

Yeah I remember the hands on back contact and puckering up.
But they cover like 30 more meters before Lewandowski goes down and I can’t see the contact forcing him to the track from your video. It looks mega soccer flop.
“They’ll see the hands in replay. I’m boxed in like a rookie moran. *pause* *pause* Go down now and plead the case.”

Victim mentality cuz muh anglos notice how dopey the North Afs and Spanish are.
He (who actually makes decent posts), Passant (who does not) and their double baker’s dozen alts always bring up race and religion to slide the good threads.

As usual the master tactician Centro is far from the trouble. Gonna miss him when he retires.

I have no idea sometimes how they decide in those sorts of situations.
The old AJ Acosta strategy. Fall down in every qualifying round. Protest and advance.

At the rate they advance fallers, we are going to start looking like soccer with all the flops :/
If they are going to start letting fallers in advance more regularly than in the past, they need to introduce a rule that a fallen athlete has to complete the rest of the race at a similar pace to those who qualified. Otherwise they are getting an advantage in being fresher for the next round.
