Ever since like December, I've been cranking out two hard speed workouts a week. I've noticed minimal improvement only.
Could the frequency of speed workouts be hampering my fitness?
Should I maybe go back to the beginning so to speak and just start by building up a lot of easy miles?
I know I have potential. I just honestly have no freaking clue how to hack into it.
