Hey all - Last time I raced was early 2019 and the 4% was really the only super shoe option. I’m planning for a fall marathon and starting to think about shoe choice.
I’ve been building up my base running in hoka cliftons.
Thinking of keeping those for recovery/easy runs but looking for a faster shoe for workout days. I usually do 1 track session a week and frequently an additional workout built into my long run (half marathon/marathon pace/tempo). My thought is to pick which shoe I want to race in and then use the corresponding trainer for workouts.
Can ya’ll help with some options? And any feedback if you’ve used the shoes.
