I have 7 weeks to get into sub 15 xc shape. Current prs 2:03 4:39 and 15:42. Plan is to go 65 MPW, 70, 75, down week around 50, 80, 85, 90. This would consist of a long run, tempo and 400m hill reps as well as a mix of easy doubles most days. Highest previous mileage week was 70 and I am hoping to hold at 80 in season. Thoughts?
