She must have gotten a huge bag because for what other reason would you do this?

I recall in an older interview that she gave, she expressed that she and her husband never imagined living in L.A for a really long time. I presume the timing was right and may have wanted a change of pace. She’s done wonders at USC. I wish her the best and look forward to what she does next!
This begs the question of what will happen to the group of pros she and Quincy Watt lead: Michael Norman, Rai Benjamin, Candace Hill, Kendall Ellis. I presume Quincy may become interim head coach at USC and from what I know, he often works with Rai and Mike specifically.
Less traffic, bigger house.

So where is Kyprianou headed?
Any word on what is happening with the USC assistant coaches? Is she going to take any of them with her to Georgia?
Probably a huge pay increase . The Powell’s left Oregon foe a big increase . Maura pay increases by approx 70 % I think .
These head coaches can make north of 250 at the big school
The Big Question is: can she help Boling?
From $250k to $400k?
It's much harder to get kids into USC these days since the admissions scandal 2 years ago. Could be a factor?
Higher salary
Lower cost of living
Lower academic standards
Plus the former USC track sport Administrator is the deputy at Georgia now, which probably helps.

Petros was making $330k plus bonuses, CSG has better credentials, I would guess $400-500k at least, could be more.

Athens cost of living is about half that of LA so even if she was offered the same $$$ (which I doubt) she effectively doubles her salary. Then add in the lower taxes and she is going to do well. I am sure UGA will also find work for her husband as well. (He was in the development office at USC although a Bama grad.)

Yup I heard that as well. About 200k more than USC. Yea, some track coaches can make that much. I think it’s ridiculous for a non-revenue sport, but more power to her. Life is going to be good in Georgia with that money.

Why pay Caryl $800k when Petros was only making half that? There must be other good coaches who would take the job for $300k - $400k.

Heard some interesting rumblings about why he’s really out.
