The zoom conversation I was on was an invite only, Brosnan was there, Tinman, and the former coach from Mississippi State. Brosnan was calk cool and collected. He talked about the influence of his time in Portland, discussing workouts with Alberto and Shumacher, it was very insightful.
I have always been a Lydiard guy, so all I am saying is that I believe there is a lot more to the sport than easy runs and critical velocity. The best US coaches evidently are doing harder workouts.
